Dear Friends,
We have long known of the outstanding activities of Regional Bikur Cholim throughout the greater New York area. This is an incredible organization that not only cares for the ill but for their families as well. It offers a wide variety of support services ranging from the hot meals to emotional support and guidance.
Among its many services, Regional Bikur Cholim also cares for a frighteningly large number of children who come from dysfunctional homes. They are trapped in a situation where they cannot grow and make the most of themselves. Many of these children live right here, within our own community. Their plight is a tragedy that is very close to our hearts.
When we heard that Regional Bikur Cholim is launching this year’s Heal-A-Thon campaign especially to benefit these children, we knew we had to get involved. We cannot think of a better way of taking an active role in improving the lives of the needy around us and benefitting the entire community.
Please join us in offering these precious children a chance at a better life. By healing them we are healing the next generation of Klal Yisroel.
You can help us reach our goal by donating yourself and by recruiting others to help us reach this goal together. In this zchus may we all soon merit to see the coming of Mashiach, when all of Klal Yisroel will be healed.
Thank you,
The Team at Age 67 Group
